Each year we produce a School Improvement Plan (SIP). The plan outlines a set of actions that the school wishes to achieve. It is the result of an analysis of our school’s needs, strengths and weaknesses as identified by our own monitoring, assessment and evaluation systems, as well as trust level monitoring, OFSTED inspections and external monitoring from the Trust and Local Authority.
